LickityClik Privacy Policy

The LickityClik Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use LickityClik's products and services, including information provided when you use About My League.

Purpose

The information LickityClik collects is used to improve the content and quality of our services and websites, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  1. It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of User Agreement, or as otherwise required by law.
  2. We transfer information about you if LickityClik or About My League is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, LickityClik will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Personal Information

  1. To use the About My League service, you need access to an account. When you create an account, or your account owner creates a login for you, About My League asks for some personal information. This information is used for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research
  2. About My League stores, processes and maintains messages, contact lists and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
  3. When you use About My League, the service's servers automatically record certain information about your use of About My League. About My League records information such as account activity (including storage, number of logins), data displayed or clicked on (User Interface elements, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

Cookies

  1. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
  2. Cookies are required to use the About My League service.
  3. We use cookies to record current session information. You are required to login to your About My League account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

League and Team Data Storage

Although LickityClik owns all rights to the About My League service and its data storage and databases, you retain all rights to your league and/or team data and we will never sell or share your league and team data with any third parties or use your data for our own business advantage. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their league and team data.

Information Sharing and Onward Transfer

  1. When you send and receive messages through About My League, the service includes information such as your email address and the message itself as part of that message.
  2. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties other than those providing the services of About My League (including but not limited to third-party credit card processor), or when we believe we are required to do so by law.

Disclosure

LickityClik may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the User Agreement.

Changes

LickityClik may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address associated with your About My League account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
